Dependability and passion are the watchwords of the American Cummins brand. For more than 50 years, they have undertaken to develop cleaner, more efficient and more durable engines.
Cummins engines are offered on boats of the Swift Trawler range and the Monte Carlo 6. Cummins Onan generators also equip the entire BENETEAU sailing yacht and motorboats range.
Motors
In 1965, the first outboard engine bearing the initials of Suzuki Marine saw daylight. Today, Suzuki offers a wide range of outboard engines, from 2.5 HP to the state-of-the-art V6 at 300 HP.
The Beneteau and Suzuki brands collaborate closely and in 2013 they signed an exclusive partnership. Beneteau offers Suzuki engine packages for its outboard ranges.
Outside this sales agreement, Beneteau and Suzuki are committed to focussing their efforts on research and development in new technologies to meet market expectations.
On the event front, Suzuki is the partner of the Barracuda Tour, a “no kill” bass fishing competition on boats of the Barracuda range, fitted with Suzuki engines.
The brand is also a sponsor of the well-known “La Solitaire du Figaro” ocean race, and has signed a sponsorship, in collaboration with Beneteau, with the world static apnea record-holder, Stéphane Mifsud, within the framework of his “L’Odyssée Bleue” project.
Suzuki engines equip the following Beneteau outboard ranges: Antarès outboard, Barracuda and Flyer.
Sails
