First Yacht 53: quick to clock up the miles

A First in every detail, the First Yacht 53 meets a detailed set of specifications, the goal of which is to make her a new gold standard in fast luxurious cruising. She took two years to develop and bring excellence closer to water level, living up to the requirements of highly demanding owners in terms of thrills at the helm and speed.

Roberto Biscontini’s twenty years of America’s Cup experience has given the First Yacht 53 a perfectly balanced hull under sail with extremely promising performance. Over twenty drawings and simulations on Cap Horn, CFD software, were used to position the centre of buoyancy accurately, to achieve the desired result.
