The Gran Turismo 40 Open is designed to elevate every experience on the water, offering generous living spaces and a variety of outdoor environments tailored for relaxation, entertainment, and adventure.
At the bow, the wraparound U-shaped seating area creates an inviting social space with panoramic views and easily converts into a secluded sunpad thanks to an electric pedestal table. Aft, the spacious cockpit can be upgraded with an electric table leg and sunpad infill, transforming the area into an additional lounging space ideal for entertaining guests or unwinding at anchor.
Owners can tailor onboard comfort with a choice of shading solutions, including a Webasto telescopic sunshade or the optional Suncap frame with Solstice mesh awnings. These systems extend protection across the cockpit, side terraces, and bathing platform, creating generous shaded areas for relaxing outdoors. For added versatility, the Suncap can also be fitted with a full cockpit enclosure, enhancing comfort and extending the boating season in a wider range of weather conditions.
Powered by a choice of Mercury Verado V10 425 outboards or Yanmar V8 370 sterndrives, the Gran Turismo 40 Open delivers exhilarating performance and refined cruising comfort. At the helm, the ergonomically designed driving position ensures outstanding visibility, intuitive control, and effortless handling in all conditions.
Interior Design
The interior of the Gran Turismo 40 Open embraces Japanese Kanso philosophy, where simplicity, comfort, and versatility come together to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The forward living area effortlessly converts from a welcoming dinette into a transverse double berth, while the aft cabin provides a comfortable retreat for relaxing or overnight stays. Lined privacy curtains in both spaces enhance comfort and intimacy on board.
The spacious bathroom with a separate shower stall enhances onboard living with a relaxing sense of wellness and luxury.
Refined finishes, ambient lighting, and an optional 32-inch TV seamlessly integrated beneath the T-top roof enrich the onboard experience, enhancing the Gran Turismo’s signature balance of luxury and functionality.
