FIRST EXPERIENCE－HONG KONG ENORMOUS ENTHUSIASM
Initiated by Beneteau Asia-Pacific, the First Experience is a series of sailing events that provide boat owners and sailing enthusiasts with the unique opportunity to truly experience the legendary First models. The First Experience officially commenced on 7th September, 2023 and will take place in five different iconic cities across the region, with Hong Kong being the inaugural destination.
The program in Hong Kong consists of model viewings and sea trials held on two separate days, showcasing the award-winning First 36, organized by our trusted dealer Simpson Marine. Despite record-breaking rainfall, over 30 guests gathered at Hebe Haven Yacht Club to view and explore the highly-regarded First 36 model. The event had a relaxing atmosphere with delicious hot dogs and refreshing cold beer, and participants were enthusiastic about experiencing the capabilities of the First 36. GRAND LAUNCH OF APAC'S FIRST OCEANIS YACHT 60
The Oceanis Yacht 60, Beneteau’s flagship sailing yacht, made its debut in the Asia Pacific region. After her successful world premiere at Cannes Yachting Festival 2022, this magnificent yacht has quickly gained popularity in our region.
To celebrate the arrival of the first Oceanis Yacht 60 in our region, a grand regional premiere was organized by Simpson Marine in Keelung, Taiwan on 15th September, 2023. The event started with a spectacular Lion Dance, symbolizing good luck and pleasant weather at sea for the yacht’s owner.
The Oceanis Yacht 60 is a stunning ocean-cruising yacht that offers exceptional performance and spaciousness usually found on larger 62-foot yachts. Furthermore, it is designed for easy handling, making it suitable for short-handed sailing.
FIRST 44 REVEALED AT YOKOHAMA FLOATING YACHT SHOW 2023
At this year’s Yokohama Floating Yacht Show held from September 29th to October 1st in Japan, Beneteau’s prestigious dealer in the country, First Marine, presented the First 44 and Oceanis 51.1 FIRST LINE models. This marked the debut of the First 44 in Asia Pacific region, allowing the public to get a first-hand look at this exciting yacht.
