Evening on the BELEM Tall ship After Naming

#spreading hope

Alexandre, Thibaud, Romain and Jérémy form a crew that will cast off for an Atlantic crossing on their  Oceanis 411 sailing yacht, next September, with the aim of “Spreading hope to anyone with a disability, disease or cystic fibrosis”.

Alexandre, who had a transplant in 2017, in which his two lungs were replaced, is the very embodiment of this new breath of hope and wants to prove that the outcome of this disease is not a foregone conclusion by sailing this transatlantic.

On Tuesday, 28 May, the crew of AHOY organised an evening with their friends and partners to celebrate the naming of their sailing yacht. This was held on board the famous French tall ship, the Belem.  BENETEAU was one of the many companies that supported AHOY.
