Gourmet Trawler - Third gourmet Get-away
FROM PARIS TO LYON
After a 10-day journey, the Gourmet Trawler arrived in the world capital of gastronomy. Travelling along the River Saône, the Swift Trawler 30 moored at the Confluences marina for a special gourmet stopover, since it was greeted by the event’s sponsor, Guy Lassausaie.
The winning members of the competition organised by Beneteau Yacht Club enjoyed a trip on board the Swift Trawler 30 as well as a lunch in Guy Lassausaie’s restaurant the Brasserie des Confluences.

Guy Lassausaie, Meilleur ouvrier de France (Best craftsman in France) in 1993, owner of his own restaurant in Chasselay, with 2 stars in the Michelin Guide, cooked a special Gourmet Trawler menu!
