PARIS GOURMET GET-AWAY
Follow the gourmet adventure of the Swift Trawler 30 on the Seine river in Paris.
From DEAUVILLE to PARIS
From the mouth of the River Seine to the first bridges of Paris, the Swift Trawler 30 moored in the port of the Arsenal, an old commercial port linking the river to the canal. The sights of Paris were highlighted by gleaming rays of sunlight, much to the pleasure of the crew.
BERNARD LEPRINCE COOKS ON BOARD
2nd leading chef to join the Gourmet Trawler adventure, Bernard Leprince suggested a risotto creation.
Originally from Cherbourg, Bernard learned the art of cooking in the greatest kitchens in the world. For him, cooking can be summed up as “the pleasure of pleasing” He happily talks about the importance of aesthetics in his cuisine: “Cuisine and building boats have something in common – aesthetics. To make a good dish, it needs also to be beautiful. It’s the same thing with boats".
