Signed with the dealer at the time of the boat handover, it is then sent to the Boatyard. This document opens the Warranty period and activates the implementation of a customer loyalty programme and after-sales follow-up with the important objective of ensuring complete satisfaction.

In the 9 articles of the Sailing for Pleasure contract,the brand commits itself to the following:

VIII. Continuous assistance service.
IX. Full service till the moment you sell your BENETEAU.
