BENETEAU GOURMET TRAWLER
The journey of the Swift Trawler 30 through France by the inland waterways
Discover the Swift Trawler 30 on a fluvial journey through France by the inland waterways.
For one month, the Swift Trawler 30 will cross France from North to South, along rivers and canals. It will travel the 1,400 km between Deauville and Sète.
The programme of the brand new Swift Trawler 30, which is not just a boat for high seas, but also for inland waterways, enables it to pass through locks and under bridges.
The Gourmet Trawler was announced at the Salon Plaisirs d’Eau in Lyon, end January. Guy Lassausaie, Meilleur ouvrier de France (Best craftsman in France) 1993 and owner of a Michelin two-starred Restaurant in Chasselay, agreed to sponsor the event.
GOURMET STOPOVERS AND RECIPES
Throughout her voyage, the boat will make gourmet stopovers, during which Michelin-starred chefs will come aboard to cook. The boat may also be visited during these stopovers.
