CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Placing its customer satisfaction at the centre of all its actions, BENETEAU continually explores its scope for progress. One of the first boatyard in the world to inverst in CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) programme, BENETEAU has launched a study with buyers who have signed the Sailing for Pleasure Contract.

All of its customers were contacted by the Boatyard to measure their level of satisfaction at the time of boat delivery. Analysed and exploited in their smallest details, our customers' answers have led us to set up corrective actions to improve our
service.

BENETEAU endeavours to apply the same progress and innovation logic that permeates the design and production departments to its customer relations.
